At Khirasa, we aim to ensure that your orders reach you quickly and safely. Please read our shipping terms below:

We offer free shipping on all the domestic orders.
All orders within India are shipped through trusted domestic courier partners and/or speed post.
Orders are usually dispatched within 3-5 business days from the date of order confirmation.
Delivery timelines 8-10 days depending on the courier company and your delivery location. While we strive for timely delivery, delays caused by courier companies or postal authorities are beyond our control.
Delivery will be made to the shipping address provided at checkout, so please ensure your details are accurate at the time of placing the order.
Once shipped, tracking details will be shared on your registered email ID.

Currently, we do not accept international orders.
Any order placed from outside India will be cancelled immediately, and the payment (if charged) will be refunded as per our refund timelines.
