Cancellation, Refund & Return Policy – Khirasa
We sincerely hope, you never have to visit this page, but just in case you do, please refer the following guidelines for our cancellation, return, exchange and refund policy:
Cancellation Policy:
1. Change of mind? No worries, you can cancel your order within 12 hours or before dispatch confirmation, whichever is earlier. Please reach out to us with your order ID at support@khirasa.com or 9136459203.
2. Orders once dispatched will not be eligible for cancellation under any circumstances.
Damaged / Defective / Wrong Products Received
1. If you receive a damaged / defective / wrong product, please report it within 7 days of delivery by writing to us with your order ID at support@khirasa.com or 9136459203
2. Include clear images/videos of the issue along with your order details.
3. Our team will review the request, and the final decision for a replacement or refund rests with Khirasa.
Exchanges
1. Sizes: In case you are not sure about the sizes, we recommend you to go our size chart before placing an order.
2. We offer a one-time free size, color and product exchange within 7 days of date of delivery, please reach out to us on support@khirasa.com. If the exchange requested product is of higher price, difference amount will have to be paid.
3. After 7 days of date of delivery, we won’t be able to process any exchange requests.
4. Items received in exchange cannot be exchanged or returned. We request you to be mindful while choosing size, color, product while raising the exchange request.
5. We offer reverse pickup via our dedicated courier partners, however, if reverse pickup is not available at your pincode, the customer will have to ship back the product. We won’t be responsible for any damages occurred during the reverse transit.
6. Please ensure the product is unused, all the original tags and packaging bag are intact to be eligible for returns or exchanges. Exchanged product will be dispatched once we receive the original product at our warehouse and Quality check is approved.
Returns
1. We aim to create products which you would love, however, if you are not happy with the product, we do offer a 7 days return policy.
2. A processing fee of INR 200 is applicable for all the returns. This fee will be deducted from the final refund.
Refunds
1. Refunds will be initiated in 7 business days and processed to the original payment method post Quality check is approved of the returned product.
Exclusions
Return or refund requests will not be entertained in cases including, but not limited to:
1. There is maximum 3 attempts made for any exchange or returns. Post that we won’t be accepting any return or exchange requests.
2. Products that have been used, washed, or tampered with.
3. Color variations arising due to lighting, photography, or screen display differences.
4. Requests made after 7 days of receiving the product.
